Manufacturing Quality Engineer

OverviewMain mission : Takes any necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement.Scope- The Quality Excellence of the Offers delivered to the customers- The Quality Excellence of Supply Chain (from Supplier to Customers)- The timely and effectively management of customer containment actions (Business Risk Escalation, Offer Safety Alerts, Cyber Security, etc.)- The Prevention actions to avoid recurrent issuesMain activitiesIn charge of the Quality of one or several sectors : - Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA)- Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode- Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAs- Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector- Manage derogations- Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter- Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector- Be a member of the Short Interval Management (SIM) of the production lines- Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution (PMP and Optimize Process (ex-PEP)), contribute to process / control capability implementation- Be the local expert of the assembled products in his sectorQualificationsWhat qualifications will make you successful for this role?- Engineer (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical ...)- Experienced in Process Quality (1-2 years)- Ability to be customer facing with excellent communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a group setting, team oriented and results driven- Ability to communicate (written, verbal) clearly in concise and synthetic manner on complex technical strategy. Very good communication skills within a multi-cultural environment- Ability to convince stakeholders on the proper project technical strategy- English fluency is a must.
