Descripción del trabajoContribute to shaping the engineering vision, structure, and processes. Lead and oversee two product-oriented squads (each including a Tech Lead, Developers, and QA Engineers). Take part in hiring, onboarding, and developing team cohesion and motivation. Define and monitor performance and quality KPIs , analyze results, and drive continuous improvement. Organize and run delivery rituals (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.). Maintain awareness of security and regulatory requirements specific to the sector. Advise and participate in strategic technical decisions .

- Location : Central Barcelona
- Remote Work : Up to 3 days per week (hybrid model)
- Contract : Permanent (CDI) with the final client
- Salary : €80,000 – €90,000 gross per year

It is licensed as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) with passport rights to operate across EU countries.
