This Role

We are looking for a hands-on, quick-learning developer passionate about transforming the latest AI developments into useful, powerful products that give our customers a sense of magic. Your job will be to optimize our tech product. You will have opportunities to grow into owning key parts of our infrastructure and becoming a full-stack engineer. We support skill development and passion pursuit. Responsibilities include working with LLMs, backend development, and DevOps architecture.

We operate fully asynchronously across three continents, allowing flexible working hours. Our environment emphasizes productivity, excellent documentation, and impactful meetings.

Who You Are

• Seeking to be an early tech hire at a fast-growing, profitable startup with an ownership mentality and innovative ideas.
• Excited about influencing our tech architecture and working on impactful tech used by our customers.
• A fast learner, talented builder, not necessarily super-experienced or familiar with our stack.
• A problem solver who enjoys exploring solutions and creating new features or fixing bugs.
• Possess 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with knowledge of contributing to quality code.
• Passionate about working with AI and tackling its unique challenges.
• Comfortable working autonomously, taking responsibility, and seeking help when needed.
