NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called : EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team. The overall objective of this assignment is to : strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention; contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes; improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions; inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries. Duration : The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date. Key Expert : Logistics Expert (Host Country) Qualifications and Skills : Advanced degree in economics / management / business or 5+ years added experience. Managerial, drafting, interpersonal skills. Knowledge of technical / telecom equipment for EOM. General experience : Cat. I : 10+ years / Cat. II : 5+ years in civilian mission management.
