Descripción del trabajoLead strategic planning and operational management for the EU Headquarters. Develop mid-to-long term business strategies and ensure alignment with HQ global strategy. Build and optimize organizational processes, management systems, and performance evaluation mechanisms. Coordinate with key departments (sales, marketing, finance, HR, product) to ensure effective strategy implementation. Monitor market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor activities to support decision-making. Provide business insights, operational reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Oversee major cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives. Act as a bridge between HQ and EU entities, ensuring effective communication and alignment. Represent the company in external forums, industry associations, and stakeholder engagements. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Strategy, or related fields; MBA preferred. 15+ years of experience in strategy and operations, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in multinational corporations, preferably in the automotive or industrial sectors. Strong analytical, organizational, and execution capabilities. Excellent leadership, cross-cultural management, and communication skills. Fluent in English and Spanish; Catalan and Chinese are a plus. High ability to work under pressure and drive complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Competitive annual salary range . Strategic leadership role with direct exposure to global headquarters.
