Atlantis HR is looking for a Construction Manager – Major Data Centre Projects (F/M) in Madrid for a client, an international design and construction group specialising in complex buildings.

Working on design and build projects, your role is to guide the construction step to success. Your main missions are:

• Leading the construction team to ensure that the project is completed and meets the agreed standards and objectives
• Being the principal client and subcontractors interlocutor for the works
• Coordinating the construction work with our on-site engineers and our subcontractors
• Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure that all works are carried out to high standards, deadlines and budgets.
• Managing all internal project stakeholders
• Operations prior to acceptance and commissioning
• Driving financial and timing aspects of the construction side

votre profil

As a Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineer you have a minimum of 10 years experience on industrial building construction projects with high added technical value and tight deadlines.

Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus
