IT Scrum Master / Project Manager – EY GDS Spain - Hybrid

The opportunity : This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading firm and play a pivotal role in driving Agile project delivery. You will work with high-performing teams to support global clients, ensuring successful project execution through Agile methodologies, innovation, and collaboration.

Your key responsibilities

• Leading Agile project delivery for AI & Data solutions on modern cloud platforms.
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Managing project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies (India, Italy, etc.).
• Tracking and reporting project progress using Agile metrics and KPIs.
• Identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams.
• Ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication across all levels.
• Maintaining project documentation and knowledge bases.
• Supporting change management and adoption of Agile practices.
