Senior Consultant / Architect CCM & CXM

We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Architect specialized in CCM and CXM solutions to join our team in Madrid.

The consultant will work with a client in the banking and finance industry, supporting the implementation and deployment of Quadient Inspire solutions.

Regular travel to Barcelona will be required, with the organization of visits to be defined according to project needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional expert for CCM / CXM solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of the Quadient Inspire platform.
• Collect and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment of deliverables.
• Provide functional guidance and support during testing and validation phases.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.
