You will work with high-performing teams to support global clients, ensuring successful project execution through Agile methodologies, innovation, and collaboration.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Scrum Master / Project Manager, your responsibilities will include : - Leading Agile project delivery for AI Data solutions on modern cloud platforms.- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.- Managing project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure successful delivery.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies (India, Italy, etc. ).- Tracking and reporting project progress using Agile metrics and KPIs.- Identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.- Driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams.- Ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication across all levels.- Maintaining project documentation and knowledge bases.- Supporting change management and adoption of Agile practices.Skills and attributes for success- Strong leadership and project management skills in Agile environments.- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.- Excellent facilitation and coaching abilities.- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication in English and Italian.- Ability to manage distributed teams and work across time zones.- Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.- Commitment to continuous learning and Agile innovation.To qualify for the role, you must have- Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in global environments.- Strong understanding of Agile principles and project delivery.- Experience with cloud platforms (e. g., Azure) and data solutions.- Proficiency in Agile project management tools.- Fluency in English and Italian (B2-C2 levels).Ideally, youll also have- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.- Experience with AI-driven project management tools.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and integration with Agile delivery.What we look forWe seek individuals who are passionate about Agile delivery and possess outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
