What are we looking for?

• Experience : 3-5 years of experience in transformation projects in asset management or private banking, including business analysis, functional definition, and high-impact project execution across organizational, operational, and technological domains.
• Education : University degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in financial markets or asset management, and certifications such as EFA, CFA, CAIA, PMP, Scrum Master, are a plus.
• Financial Knowledge : Strong understanding of investment products (e.G., funds, ETFs, pension plans, equities, fixed income) and financial markets, with experience in private banking and asset management.
• Project Management : Experience in managing projects related to business transformation, covering pre-trade, trade, post-trade processes, and regulatory compliance (MiFID, PRIIPS, SFDR), with a focus on business plans, gap analysis, and client interaction.
• Technology : Familiarity with Wealth & Asset Management platforms like Aladdin, SimCorp, Murex, is a plus.
• Investment & Regulation Knowledge : Understanding of collective investment processes, asset valuation, fund management, and applicable market regulations.
• Alternative Investments : Knowledge of private equity, infrastructure, venture capital, and real estate is a plus.
• Sustainable Finance : Knowledge of sustainable finance is an advantage.
• Team Leadership : Experience managing and developing teams, supporting their growth within the organization.
• Communication : Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Language Proficiency : Fluent in English (C1 level or above).
