QA Engineer Summary of the Role

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team supporting Reconciliation and Accounting products. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through test planning, execution, and automation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to continuous improvement, and support onboarding for key & new customers.

In This Role You’ll

Define test strategies and plans, ensuring traceability with customer requirements and specifications.

Coordinate end-to-end test campaigns across teams, driving timely and high-quality delivery.

Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and support continuous integration and delivery.

Investigate and report defects, assist in resolution, and validate corrective actions.

Collaborate with scrum teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and mentor junior QA engineers.

About the Ideal Candidate

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

6–9 years of experience in QA, including backend and middleware testing, REST API validation, and automation using scripting languages like Python.

Familiarity with tools such as Git, JIRA, Postman, Swagger, and CI / CD platforms like Jenkins.

Experience with SQL and MongoDB, and understanding of agile methodologies and software development life cycles.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
