We’re hiring an experienced Agile Scrum Master!

Join our dynamic team and help drive Agile excellence across the organization. As a Scrum Master, you’ll play a key role in facilitating and coordinating Agile processes, ensuring collaboration, efficiency, and delivery of high-quality solutions.

You’ll work closely with product development teams to keep projects on track—on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. Beyond process facilitation, you’ll act as a coach and mentor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and helping teams consistently achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes across teams.

Guide and coach teams on Agile principles and best practices.

Ensure collaborative, efficient delivery of high-quality products.

Partner with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog.

Maintain project timelines, manage risks, and monitor progress.

Remove blockers to keep teams moving forward.

Mandatory Skills

4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.

Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Conceptual understanding of programming and database querying.

Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Nice-to-Have Skills

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

SAFe or Kanban certifications.

Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

7+ years of overall experience in technology roles.
