Descripción del trabajoExperience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development with at least 3 years specifically in . Proficiency : Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Tools : Experience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux) and common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Design : Familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTML / CSS, and responsive design principles. Testing : Proficiency in unit testing using frameworks like Mocha, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress. Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams. Best Practice's : CI / CD and Clean Architecture Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge about relational databases (PostgreSQL,…) Development and architecture patterns Experience working with Agile. Devops Knowledge (AWS, Docker, Github Actions…) Jira, confluence. English (min B2) and Spanish. Fully remote work capability, with an option to work from our office when needed. Access to professional development tools and free language courses. Brief Role Description

Possible Tasks within this Role
Responsibilities :
- Develop and Maintain : Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using , Typescript, NextJs.
- Collaborate : Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless and performant user experiences.
- Lead and Mentor : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Optimize : Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Innovate : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, suggesting improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our products.
- Debug and Troubleshoot : Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
