Responsibilities :
Develop and Maintain : Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using React.js, Typescript, Next.js.Collaborate : Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless, high-performance user experiences.Lead and Mentor : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and standards.Innovate : Stay updated with industry trends, suggest improvements, and implement innovative solutions.Debug and Troubleshoot : Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and bottlenecks promptly.Requirements :
Minimum 5 years in front-end development, with at least 3 years in React.js.Experience with React.js workflows (Flux, Redux) and tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM.Familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTML / CSS, and responsive design.Proficiency in unit testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2) and Spanish.Knowledge of CI / CD, Clean Architecture, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and development patterns.Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps (AWS, Docker, Github Actions), Jira, and Confluence.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.What we offer :
