Junior Business Development Manager (Bi-lingual fluency in English and German)

Salary : €33k basic, €44.5k with OTE / Commission

Sector : FMCG / Tech

A Tech enterprise that emerged a little over ten years ago, but is now an institution across Europe and Asia, is growing in multiple markets and geographies. They're now looking for candidates fluent in German to target the DACH region, to operate from their Barcelona office.

Basic salary of €33k
Additional OTE / commission taking total earnings to €44.5k
Relocation support : €1k fee with plane expenses paid

Responsibilities

Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the company, its marketplace, competitors and target client

Undertake effective territory planning and preparation – determine when and which clients / prospects to visit to ensure opportunity is capitalised upon

Regularly speak to prospects over the phone and travel to client sites to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the company’s value proposition

Implement marketing and category initiatives throughout your customer base

Manage and monitor the performance of sales throughout your assigned territory

Attend regional and national conferences, networking with existing clients to further business generation while closely observing company ethos

Qualifications

Ideally educated to degree level

Full bi-lingual fluency in English and German

Eligibility to work in the EU

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed

Confident with good presentation skills

Driving licence preferred

A strong work ethic with a positive outlook
