Senior Functional Consultant

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

• Drive discovery, demo, and design sessions with the customer’s Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management teams to understand their business needs and map them to functional requirements
• Recommend future state workflows, challenge, and guide the customer through implementing Eightfold (eightfold.Ai)
• Act as the customer’s trusted advisor on business process evolution to drive robust outcomes and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the talented nformal technical team to assess the feasibility of requirements and customize the solution delivered to the customer
• Work closely with the Engagement Manager, who will drive the project based on agile methodology
• Demonstrate the solution's functionalities and train the customer’s team
