What You'll Do

• Responsible for the processing of software sales orders, including generating SAP orders and invoices.
• Handle client communications regarding software-related inquiries
• Support the Sales Office team with export orders by managing export documentation and performing administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update accurate records for sales, customer information, and product details, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of comprehensive monthly sales reports.
• Collaborate with the logistic team and the finance department to ensure smooth operations.
