Sales Manager

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Representative for the South Africa market, as part of the Growth Markets. We're looking for someone with a demonstrated sales aptitude and excellent closing skills fluent in Afrikaans and English . Game changer . Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals.

ADP is looking for experienced sales representatives to complete our inside team that is targeting our multi-country product market. If you have experience in building a portfolio of prospects from scratch, with multi-country clients, have experience in driving end to end Sales cycles then we are looking for you.

~5 -8 years successful sales experience in business-to-business sales experience in Large or Enterprise / Global Accounts environment)

~ Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated, excellent closing skills.

~ Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office

~ Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.

Experience in making territory plans, targeting verticals, outbound sales activity

~ Preferably a background in selling SAAS solutions, Payroll, financial services, HCM, ERP, or CRM platforms

~ Strong virtual communication skills

~ Experience with LinkedIn sales navigator, PowerPoint, virtual meeting platforms
