Overview
Commercial DACH Account Manager (Barcelona Office Based - Hybrid) role at Boomi. This position focuses on expanding and nurturing existing customer relationships within Boomi’s high-volume commercial segment in the DACH region. The role is Barcelona-based with hybrid onsite requirements (minimum 3 days in the office).
What You’ll Do
- Grow and expand existing customer accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding customers on how Boomi can further support their business goals.
- Use consultative selling techniques to design tailored solutions that address customers’ evolving challenges.
- Develop and execute account plans to meet growth targets and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Engage cross-functional teams—including customer success, solutions consulting, and marketing—to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Analyze account performance and market trends to proactively address customer needs and risks.
- Accurately forecast renewals and expansion revenue while tracking key performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.3+ years of relationship-based account management or sales experience, ideally within SaaS, cloud, or integration solutions.Strong German and English communication skills (additional European languages are a plus).Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies (preferred).A customer-first mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for driving growth within existing accounts.Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.What Boomi Offers
