Our Context

We are a growing team of passionate, performance-driven individuals on a mission to build and scale exceptional e-commerce brands.

Over the past 7 years, we've grown The Conqueror Challenges into a global community of over 1 million people, helping them build healthy habits through 100+ virtual challenges inspired by real-world routes and epic universes like The Lord of the Rings , Harry Potter , Star Wars and many more.

Now, we're entering an exciting new chapter : expanding The Conqueror while also acquiring and developing new brands worldwide. We scale both fully owned and partially owned businesses, combining our marketing, data, and operational excellence expertise to accelerate their growth. Our portfolio spans fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and women's health DTC businesses such as Enroush, Karu and other emerging global brands.

About the roles

We're hiring two Customer Acquisition Managers, one for The Conqueror and one for Enroush, both central in driving profitable growth across our portfolio.

At The Conqueror, you'll help accelerate a global brand at the intersection of fitness, motivation, and gamification optimizing acquisition across multiple markets and uncovering new growth opportunities to engage more people with our digital & physical products.

At Enroush, you'll scale an emerging women's health brand that's redefining menstrual care with organic, high-quality products. With a strong customer base across Europe, your focus will be on global expansion and acquisition efficiency in new markets.

Both roles sit within our 60+ people marketing team, bringing together the four pillars of our performance system : Paid Media, Creative, Funnel, and Data. Your mission is to integrate these key areas into one cohesive growth engine and own contribution profit end-to-end.

What you'll own

  • Performance & profit ownership : Take full accountability for contribution profit balancing ad spend, creative costs, and growth to maximize returns.
  • Budget allocation : Decide how much to spend on ads, creative, and funnel optimization grounded in real performance data.
  • Cross-functional orchestration : Integrate the work of paid media, creative, funnel, and data teams into a cohesive growth system.
  • Strategic scaling : Identify new opportunities across products, countries, audiences and move fast to capitalize on them.
  • Experimentation & adaptability : Recognize when results deviate from plan, adjust quickly, and guide teams to test new approaches.
  • Data-driven decision-making : Use our advanced dashboards and analytics (built from millions in data investment) to inform every decision.
  • Collaboration & mentorship : Partner with domain experts (media buyers, creatives, analysts, funnel strategists) to align execution with profitability.
  • Stakeholder alignment : Serve as the go-to performance expert for Business Owners and Brand Managers, keeping strategies on track and delivering growth

You might be the one if…

  • You've scaled DTC e-commerce brands across multiple markets, managing €100k+ / month budgets.
  • You've worked hands-on in at least two of the four growth pillars : Paid Media, Creative, Funnel, or Data.
  • You think in systems, not silos, connecting creative, media, and data into one growth engine.
  • You're comfortable making budget and P&L decisions tied directly to contribution profit.
  • You use data to drive creative testing, funnel optimization, and efficiency gains.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where experimentation and iteration are the norm.
  • You don't wait for direction : you see inefficiencies or untapped opportunities and act on them.

  • Compensation : Contractor setup starting at €5,000 gross per month.
  • Since we are hiring remotely, you must have the legal right to work as a contractor.
