We are looking for a Contract Manager with experience in project management, consulting, and contracting chains in the construction field, for a data center client in Madrid.

12 month + contract or permanent employment.

Requirements :

Studies in architecture, engineering, or business administration

At least five years of experience in the sector, preferably ten

High level of English is essential

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience in procurement / tendering processes will be valued

Responsibilities :

Support in the preparation of tenders and contracts, including analysis and evaluation of offers

Review, management, and processing of change orders for validation

Analysis of change orders and preparation of responses to contractual claims with the support of external technical teams

Regular review of contractual clauses to identify deviations in contractors' compliance with obligations

Prepare award proposals and manage documentation until validation

Coordination of third parties to provide reliable responses to companies via the client’s management platform

Attend internal and external coordination meetings with the client’s selected team(s), both remotely and in person

Assist with and follow up on the signing of contractual / legal documents
