Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a Bilingual Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a key role for someone who is ready to take full ownership of the entire recruitment cycle, while also supporting with HR-related tasks as needed. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various departments and levels
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of top talent
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver efficient hiring strategies
• Coordinate and improve candidate experience throughout the process
• Support onboarding processes and collaborate with HR to ensure smooth integration of new hires
• Assist with HR-related tasks, such as employee documentation, data tracking, and supporting internal HR initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal employment standards
