The Role

Risk operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor performance and ensure business safety. They're among the first involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We need a Business Risk Manager to sit within our first line of defence and join our Financial Crime team. You'll identify risks by bringing an analytical mindset, delving deep into root causes, and developing scalable approaches to risk management.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, document, and review operational risks
• Design, implement, and test controls in our financial crime processes
• Develop and test key procedures
• Create and review key risk indicators
• Register risk events
• Manage and deliver risk incident reports

About You

You will need a solid track record of achievement, having won competition awards (academic, professional, or sports-related). You should be able to quickly assume responsibilities and have an organised and methodological approach.

Nice to have : Experience assessing and mitigating risks for financial crime products.
