Overview
German-speaking Technical Account Manager to join Arsys (part of the IONOS Group) for global cloud and hosting platforms. You will be the go-to partner for key clients, ensuring a smooth experience, tailoring solutions to business needs, and resolving technical issues. You will collaborate with internal engineering, support, and product teams while acting as a trusted advisor for the client.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for selected clients in the DACH region.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships and bridge communications between clients and internal technical teams.
- Deliver timely, clear, and proactive communication via phone, email, and tickets.
- Understand business goals and translate them into technical outcomes.
- Coordinate and follow up on incidents, service requests, and change implementations.
- Track and communicate resolution progress with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure infrastructure changes are documented and followed through.
- Assist in planning and monitoring small to mid-sized cloud / IT projects.
- Align internal timelines, tasks, and team responsibilities; keep clients informed at every step.
- Contribute to improving processes, documentation, and overall delivery quality.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in German (C1+); English or Spanish is a plus.2+ years in a technical, project coordination, or client-facing role (IT, Cloud, SaaS preferred).Strong communication and organizational skills.Service mindset with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.Basic technical background or interest in cloud, infrastructure, or hosting solutions.Why Join Us
