Energy Sales Professional
We are seeking an experienced Energy Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with industrial players and corporations in Southern Europe to understand their energy requirements and unlock their potential for competitive and sustainable operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the energy market, including power and gas sales, and will be able to develop and execute strategies to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Customer origination and relationships management for energy (power and gas) sales.
- Liaise with brokers, advisors, and marketplace platforms.
- Develop market intelligence, assess customers\' needs, requirements, and opportunities.
- Lead multi-functional teams in defining and structuring energy products.
- Obtain quotations and respond to competitive RFPQs.
- Negotiate Power / Biomethane Purchase Agreements (PPA / BPAS) term-sheets, and Framework Agreements.
- Lead preparation and negotiation of PPA / BPAs to closure.
- Transaction confirmation and coordination of derivatives registration on EMIR / REMIT.
- Reporting sales operations key performance indicators.
Requirements
5 years\' sales operations experience in the commodities or finance sector.Deep knowledge of energy and derivatives markets MIBEL, MIBGAS, OMIP, EEX.Experience in preparing reports and executive presentations.Basic knowledge of financial or commodities trading.Commercial skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical skills and experience in reading and using financial models.Advanced English as you will be working in a multinational environment.Italian will be valued.What We Offer
