Requirements
Who you are :
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of engineering leadership
- Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams in consulting, outsourcing, or fast-paced product environments
- You care deeply about growing people, unlocking potential through mentorship, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You take pride in helping engineers advance their careers and become technical leaders.
Deep Technical Acumen :
Strong background in software development, architecture, and system design, with the ability to dive into technical details when necessaryStrong knowledge of two or more technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Go, etc.)Deep understanding of SDLC, CI / CD, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience working on or integrating AI / ML solutions is a strong plus, especially in client-facing or product-driven environmentsAbility to understand software architecture patterns, contribute to, and guide the evolution of complex system architecturesDemonstrated ability to introduce and scale engineering standards, tooling, and quality practicesUnderstanding the intersection between engineering decisions and business outcomes, balancing short-term delivery with long-term value creationExperience in scaling teams, evolving processes, and driving change in growth-oriented environmentsExceptional verbal and written communication skills in English for effective international collaborationHighly adaptable, skilled at leading through ambiguity and rapid change while maintaining team focusDecisive in uncertainty, pragmatic, and forward-thinkingCollaborative, fostering cross-functional teamwork and championing a solution-focused approachThe impact you’ll be making :
