Define digital transformation strategy (external transformation, internal transformation and business model transformation)

Define and execute quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess customer requirements

Build project and commercial proposal deliverables according to NTT Data quality standards

Prepare and present commercial offers

Prepare and conduct workshops with the client and project stakeholders

Defend commercial approaches and deliverables in high level stakeholders

Supervise junior consultants : efficiently organize their work plan, control the quality of their deliverables and coach them to develop high standards of quality

Present projects results and deliverables to client meetings

Coordinate the meetings with the client management team to share and validate results to take business decisions

Contribute to the Business Consulting division development

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Political science or similar

Health specific training (optional / non mandatory). Public Health, Medicine, Pharmacy, Bioengineering or similar

• Proficiency in English and Spanish;

other languages advantageous

High quality performance orientation

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to structure and define analysis to raise business conclusions
