We are seeking a highly motivated compensation professional to manage the Go-to-Market (GTM) compensation function, collaborating cross-functionally to drive compensation strategy and vision while managing plans and implementing new and revised compensation structures to align with company goals and market practices. You will analyze, report, and communicate key metrics by rep and segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Compensation Strategy & Design
- Lead the development and execution of a long-term, scalable sales compensation strategy aligned with organizational goals to drive revenue growth, talent retention, and a high-performance sales culture.
- Develop a comprehensive compensation roadmap, ensuring flexibility and alignment with business objectives.
- Define and design innovative compensation structures that motivate top sales talent.
- Compensation Plan Execution & Administration
- Own administration of the sales compensation plan, ensuring timely and accurate commission calculations, reporting, and payout processes.
- Integrate compensation systems with core business platforms to ensure smooth operation and accurate tracking.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day execution of compensation plans, ensuring alignment with financial goals and performance metrics.
- Performance Monitoring & Continuous Optimization
- Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of existing compensation plans and recommend adjustments based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with senior leadership to ensure plans align with goals, competition, and performance.
- Sales Performance Insights & Communication
- Track and report sales rep performance against compensation metrics; deliver actionable insights to sales leadership.
- Prepare and present clear communication packages on compensation plans and performance metrics to GTM leaders and stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, and Planning to ensure alignment of compensation programs with goals and financial targets.
- Incentive Program Design & Innovation
- Design creative incentive programs to drive specific sales behaviors and business outcomes; continuously innovate to keep teams motivated.
- Technology & Process Improvement
- Drive improvements by implementing new technologies and integrations to enhance efficiency and accuracy of compensation administration.
- Change Management & Communication
- Lead communication and change management for plan adjustments; provide ongoing support to sales teams on plan details and payout mechanisms.

Remote emphasizes fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay across locations. We aim to pay above in-location rates and support global talent-hiring with local wealth in developing countries. Salary bands are geo-based to reflect geographic differentials; the final base pay is determined by location, skills, experience, and market demands. The annual salary range for this full-time position is US$65,200 to US$183,350, with adjustments based on factors such as location and experience.
Internal mobility is supported by a compensation philosophy that ensures pay equity; changes related to internal moves are reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case-by-case basis.
