Process & Project Engineer

¿Dónde vas a trabajar?International Chemical company qith a plant in the area of Tarragona is looking to hiore a Process Engineer to optimize production processes, implement new procedures, and support the development and execution of new projects.¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?Process Engineering : - Assist in the development and scaling up of manufacturing processes from lab-scale to standard production.- Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.- Support the implementation and monitoring of process improvements.- Creating and maintaining process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and providing the required training to the Maintenance and Production teams.- Ensuring compliance with environmental, safety and quality standards.Project Engineering : - Support the approved investments, including task assignment, timeline tracking and budget management.- Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).- Perform material and energy balance calculations.- Prepare equipment datasheets, technical specifications and purchase requisitions.- Collaborate with other departments (Production, Quality, R&D, etc.) on process-related projects.- Assistinthecommissioningandstart-upofnewprocessesorinstallations¿A quién buscamos (H / M / D)?Must have : - Master's degree in chemical engineering, Food Engineering or related field.- At least 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the Chemical or Food Industry.- Strong understanding of process safety, environmental regulation and quality standards.- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.Nice to have : - Theoretical knowledge of process design methods and production equipment for solids and liquids.- Familiarity with process control systems, SCADA, and automation.- Experience in commissioning and startup of process equipment and systems¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?- Fix contract.- Career opportunities and development plan.- Flexible schedule.
