What You’ll Do

• Own the Flutter Experience : Lead development and enhancements of Hypervolt’s mobile apps in Flutter, pushing the boundaries of performance and design.
• Collaborate & Innovate : Work closely with product, design, and QA teams to build features that reflect our commitment to beautiful, intuitive UI / UX.
• Architect for Scale : Make impactful decisions about code structure, performance optimization, and best practices as we expand our global user base.
• Startup Mindset : Thrive in an environment that values speed, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving.
• Mentor & Lead : Guide junior developers, contribute to architectural discussions, and champion best practices across the codebase.
