Overview
API is the global leader for crew accommodation solutions. We are changing the way businesses manage travel with a platform that streamlines crew planning and elevates the layover experience. We are seeking dynamic, creative, and tech-savvy individuals to join our team. This position is a fully remote opportunity within the Madrid, Spain region.
Responsibilities
- Source hotels and collect market data for clients in key destinations, including hotel names, addresses, key contact information, and star ratings from internal databases and internet sources.
- Manage the Request for Proposal / Request for Information process through API’s RFP platform, JET, to secure and negotiate rates, concessions, and contract terms with hotel and ground transportation suppliers.
- Research hotel options and track data in the Salesforce database.
- Analyze market trends to secure favorable scenarios for airlines and hotel partners.
- Create high-quality destination presentations using Microsoft products and Adobe programs to demonstrate savings and meet revenue goals within deadlines.
- Prepare hotel site inspection scheduling domestically and internationally when required for customers.
- Manage crewmember feedback via the online portal, ensuring complaints and compliments are addressed within airline-specific contracted SLAs.
Qualifications
Bilingual English / Spanish required.Strong problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with negotiation and multitasking abilities.Ability to manage processes and present API positively in supplier-facing situations.Verbal and written communication skills; able to work with diverse cultures.Self-starter who can work independently and proactively.Additional Details
