About the Role
As a Marketing Specialist at Xiaomi, you will play a key role in supporting product launches and strengthening the Xiaomi Community. This junior-level position (3–5 years of experience) is ideal for someone passionate about technology, with strong project management skills, excellent writing ability, and a knack for engaging tech-savvy audiences.
You will help coordinate marketing activities, manage the Xiaomi Community forum, and contribute to events and campaigns that connect our fans, partners, and customers with Xiaomi’s innovative products.
Responsibilities
Xiaomi Community Management
- Manage and grow the Xiaomi Community tech forum, fostering an engaging and informative environment for fans and users.
- Create high-quality written content such as product articles, blog posts, announcements, and newsletters.
- Moderate discussions, respond to user inquiries, and encourage community participation.
- Plan and organize online and offline events (fan meetups, launch events, community contests).
Project Coordination
Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, product, and sales to align activities with business goals.Market & Consumer Insights
Track campaign and community performance, collect user feedback, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and product positioning.Innovation & Creativity

3–5 years of experience in marketing, community management, or project coordination (experience in technology or consumer electronics is a strong plus).Strong interest in technology, gadgets, and innovation.Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to a tech-savvy audience.Proven experience managing communities, forums, or fan groups is highly desirable.Strong organizational and project management abilities, with experience coordinating events or campaigns.Familiarity with digital marketing tools, campaign tracking, and content management systems.Creative, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
