Digital Observability Strategist

As a seasoned expert in digital technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's observability strategy.

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic link between technical infrastructure and business needs, designing, deploying, and evolving the observability strategy, ensuring its alignment from the technical stack to business processes.

• Develop a comprehensive observability roadmap that encompasses infrastructure and business processes.
• Identify and translate business needs into observable KPIs, maturity models, and functional SLOs.
• Evaluate and coordinate the use of different observability tools, including Dynatrace, Elastic, and Netscout.
• Guide the adoption of advanced observability capabilities : functional analysis, user behavior, business events, data correlation.
• Apply artificial intelligence concepts for predictive observability, noise reduction, and causal analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption.

For this role, we seek a highly skilled professional with certifications or demonstrable experience in Dynatrace, strong knowledge of various observability tools, and excellent English and Spanish skills.
