Position : Project Manager.

The challenge :
Develop and implement production projects related to injectable technology, ensuring comprehensive project management for main facilities at a global level. Drive innovative technical solutions to improve costs and ergonomics, and develop standards to guarantee product integrity and traceability.
Specific Responsibilities :
Lead the improvement of hygienic design and support AM / PM standards for production equipment.
Lead technological scouting and identification of strategic equipment suppliers.
Manage capital projects over 5 MCHF.
Manage equipment and civil works suppliers.
Implement continuous improvement and Lean principles (SMED, AM / PM, hygienic design, ergonomics).
Manage projects autonomously.
Work in international and multidisciplinary environments.
Manage teams remotely and in matrix organizations.
Requirements and personal skills :
Education : University degree in Engineering, Chemistry or similar. Master`s degree is a plus.
Languages : Spanish and English.
Experience (years / area) : +5 year in a pharmaceutical production plant, preferably solids / semisolids.
Specific Knowledge : Management of capital projects and civil works. Lean principles and continuous improvement. Management of equipment suppliers
Travels : Willing to travel occasionally.
Personal skills : Good communication skills, proactivity, good working under pressure, team working, problem-solving, good organizational skills and persistent.
