What we are looking for :
We’re searching for a passionate Digital Marketer with a deep understanding of Paid Media and a strong affinity for sports and iGaming. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven, performance-focused environment, managing significant ad budgets and delivering high ROI across multiple platforms. You’ll be the go-to expert for Paid Media strategy, ensuring every campaign aligns with business objectives and market trends.

You Will Be Responsible For :
- Leading and managing all global Paid Media spend, ensuring optimal performance and budget efficiency.
- Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and more.
- Creating compelling ad copy and creatives tailored for each platform.
- Tracking billable spending daily, ensuring campaigns are on pace and aligned with targets.
- Identifying and testing new Paid Media channels to expand reach and performance globally.
- Collaborating with Brand and Loyalty teams to ensure paid campaigns align with broader business objectives.
- Working with the Finance team to manage accruals, payments, and budget processes.
You Will Be Accountable For :
Driving ROI-focused media campaigns, consistently optimizing for performance and efficiency.Analyzing and reporting on paid media performance, using tools like Google Analytics to inform data-driven decisions.Ensuring all campaigns comply with iGaming advertising regulations and industry best practices.Developing strong relationships with ad platform account holders and external media agencies.Proactively seeking new revenue opportunities related to Paid Media.You Will Be Supporting :
The Commercial team to explore and capitalize on new market opportunities.The Content and Creative teams by providing insights and ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.The Brand and Loyalty teams by aligning paid media strategies with promotional and retention campaigns.Your Skillset :
Proven experience in Paid Media management—within the iGaming or sports betting sectors .Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other key ad platforms.Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics and similar tools to track and optimize performance.Exceptional budget management skills with the ability to maximize ROI from significant ad spends.Excellent copywriting and creative skills to produce impactful ads.Ability to work collaboratively across teams, aligning paid strategies with brand and commercial goals.Strong project management skills—able to balance multiple campaigns and deadlines.Nice-to-Haves :
Experience launching new markets and managing performance marketing in regulated industries.Familiarity with affiliate marketing, loyalty programs, or acquisition strategies.Knowledge of iGaming compliance and legal requirements for advertising.What You’ll Get Back from Us :
