Overview Human Resources Business Partner
This key role will play a crucial part in driving HR strategies, implementing people initiatives, and supporting business teams across Spain and Portugal.
- Responsibilities Localize and implement European HR policies and practices within Spain and Portugal;
- Build and optimize the talent development framework for business teams based on business strategies and needs, while promoting corporate culture to foster a high-performing and positive organizational environment;
- Proactively identify business challenges and needs, provide effective and integrated HR solutions, and coordinate resources to ensure successful implementation;
- Participate in the development and execution of HR strategies in Spain to support company objectives and growth plans;
Contribute to annual workforce planning for the Spain team, including preparation and control of HR budgets.
Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or above in any field, with 4+ years of relevant HR experience;Hands-on experience in at least one or more HR functional areas;Strong learning agility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and proven ability to drive initiatives forward;High interpersonal sensitivity and strong business acumen;Proficiency in Chinese / English or Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently in at least two languages.
