IT Manager

Languages : Native Spanish and strong English proficiency

Qualification : Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field; Master’s in IT Management is a plus

Position Overview We are looking for an IT Manager to lead the company’s technology strategy, ensuring business continuity, cybersecurity, and digital innovation. Key Responsibilities Design and execute the IT strategy aligned with business objectives.

Manage infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, and critical systems.

Lead cloud migration projects (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Implement cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery policies.

Coordinate internal IT teams and external providers.

Oversee IT budgets, contracts, and cost optimization.

Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations (ISO, GDPR, etc.).

Act as a trusted technology partner to different business units.

What You Bring Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related discipline.

At least 7 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in team management.

Strong expertise in infrastructure, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity.

Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills in corporate environments.

Experience in international and multicultural settings.

High level of English is essential.
