Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Analyst for McCann Content Studios (MCS). MCS is McCann’s global hub for social and influencer capabilities. MCS’s diverse mix of over 100 strategic thinkers, creatives, makers, innovators and cultural connectors have one simple mission – to build enduring brands on social.
Responsibilities
- Collecting and integrating data from multiple social platforms and sources (Excel, Google Sheets, CSVs, third-party agencies).
- Creating and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio.
- Producing ongoing reports (bi-weekly, monthly) and campaign-specific reports (weekly, final).
- Interpreting both organic and paid social metrics across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Stories, Reels).
- Detecting insights through social listening tools : managing alerts, building queries, cleaning and categorizing mentions, and extracting conclusions.
- Collaborating closely with account and strategy teams to support data-driven recommendations.
A bit about you
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Looker Studio.Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, handling large datasets).Comfortable managing and interpreting high volumes of data.Strong attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.Curious and proactive, always seeking new ways to enhance reporting and analytics processes.Nice to have
Experience with connectors such as Supermetrics or similar.Strong skills in PowerPoint, with the ability to build visually compelling presentations.Familiarity with social listening tools (Pulsar, Brandwatch, Digimind, Social Studio).What We Offer
