COUNTRY SALES DIRECTOR EV CHARGING
Global leading technology company focused on advanced
energy storage and electric mobility charging solutions.
Lead commercial growth and channel expansion for our EV charging business in Spain and Portugal.
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the electric mobility market, a strong focus on AC charging solutions, and proven experience selling to distributors, CPOs, installers, EPCs, and project developers.
Develop and execute the country sales strategy to meet volume, revenue, and margin targets for AC charging products.
Lead direct commercial engagement with Charge Point Operators (CPOs), fleet operators, utilities, wholesalers, and corporate customers.
Manage project-based sales cycles, from specification and technical prescription to tendering, pricing, and closing.
Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, pricing strategy, and competitive analysis.
Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders : distributors, EPCs, energy companies, e-mobility associations, and government programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial processes, and CRM reporting.
Master’s degree in engineering or similar. Strong focus on AC chargers (residential, commercial, workplace).
Project-driven / prescription sales background : tendering, technical specification, prescription with consultants or engineering firms.
Solid understanding of local EV charging standards, regulations, and market ecosystem.
Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish / Portuguese
