Position Summary
As a Sales Account Manager in Barcelona, you will be in constant communication with new and current clients across Spain and Europe, to understand their critical skill gaps, consulting needs, budgets, and more.
With a focus on representing the full scope of our services, you’ll identify new opportunities by building relationships with your current and prospect clients to support the growth of your accounts.
The Role…
- Client engagement and understanding of client business.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining deep client knowledge; understanding of their business priorities, product portfolio and pipeline, spend / budget priorities and gather account information, such as building out actionable sales plans, consultant usage and spend, high demand skills, and upcoming projects and priorities.
- Manages client-feedback approach, soliciting information from client teams about experience of working with Oxford Global Resources.
- Oversight of Oxford Global Resources’ commercial performance and financial metrics; internal financial reporting; external reporting i.e., rebates, accounts receivable etc.
- Maintains knowledge of recent wins, pipeline, and strategic opportunities
- Plays a leadership and shaping role in account planning for the commercial portfolio, in close collaboration with Directors.
- Actively develops the relationships and connections across the international Sales Team, sharing intelligence, client feedback, best practice, and success stories.
- Identifies business opportunities and business partnering with Recruiters (Lead Recruiting Call) to determine the position / project prerequisites [client selling points]
- Accept full responsibility for client / contract matters and active management of all clients’ agreement (MSA / SOW / CPD…), oversight of PO / invoicing processes both with Oxford Global Resources and the client team.
- Coordinate with Recruiting Team the onboarding process with the client and take responsibility to support the first day at a client.
