We seek an accomplished Real Estate Professional to join our team in Costa Adeje, Tenerife.

Owing to significant growth in the Costa Adeje area and increasing demand from Czech and Polish clients, we require a sales professional who can develop a portfolio of native clients in the region.

Fundamental requirements include fluency in Czech and / or Polish (C1 level / native) as well as exceptional marketing skills.

The role involves :

• Proactively searching for real estate and clients.
• Property valuations and negotiations with buyers and sellers.
• Arranging property viewings and providing continuous support to clients.
• Conducting marketing campaigns to attract properties and clients.
• Loyalty of the customer portfolio and proactive search for new business opportunities.
