We are seeking an experienced and dynamic  General Manager  to lead one of our flagship properties in the Spanish-Speaking Caribbean.

Position Overview

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the hotel. This role requires a results-driven hospitality professional with strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and the ability to foster a culture of excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to all hotel departments to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, security, and guest services.
• Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, brand guidelines, and regional regulations.
• Develop and implement business strategies to improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a diverse team, promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate leadership, local partners, suppliers, and government entities.
• Champion high service standards, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement actions to enhance guest experience and brand reputation.
• Oversee health, safety, and security operations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
