What You´ll Do
- Develops and reviews the long-range supply plan (24 months to 5 years)
- Deployment requirements planning for 6-24 months for the region
- Reviews the supply network to identify constraints and under-utilizations, proposes expansion or contraction needs, and communicates the findings to the SC leadership
- Supports on the inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes
- Identifies FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business priority
- Provides inputs for the regional S&OP (Supply Review Meetings)
- Collaborates with Operational Supply Planning
- Identifies and supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning performance
