Descripción del trabajoRelationship Building : Form and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners. Your insights and tailored advice will make you a trusted advisor. Opportunity Cultivation : Identify new sales opportunities within your portfolio, contributing to sustainable growth. Client Satisfaction : Engage deeply with clients to understand their strategies and anticipate their needs, securing long-term loyalty. Proposal Development : Create compelling commercial and technical proposals that address client needs. Sales Excellence : Track your sales pipeline, exceed targets, and continually drive profitability. Fluency in German and English : You’ll need strong communication skills in both languages (German C2, English B2 or higher). Sales Experience : B2B sales experience, particularly in a channel environment, is ideal. Persuasive and Empathetic Communicator : You have a knack for connecting with clients over various communication channels. Energetic and Self-Motivated : You bring a proactive attitude to work every day, eager to tackle challenges and meet goals. Results-Driven : Passionate about sales targets and delivering excellent customer service. Adaptable Under Pressure : Thrives in fast-paced environments and can meet deadlines with poise. Attractive Compensation Package : Base salary, bonuses, and plenty of opportunity to earn. Career Development : Advance your skills through specialized courses and development programs. Relocation Assistance : We’ll support your move to Benalmádena if you’re relocating. Comprehensive Training : Kickstart your success with fully paid, in-depth training on our company and project. Long-Term Stability : Indefinite full-time contract (39 hours / week, Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM). Generous Benefits : 9 daily meal allowance, private medical insurance after four months, and monthly performance bonuses up to 100% after the initial period.
