They are currently seeking a Mechanical Installations Manager to take the lead on major Data Centre and Life Sciences projects across both domestic and global markets. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join their teams based in either Madrid or Barcelona .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead internal projects, overseeing and coordinating the design team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Drive the development of mechanical designs, offering innovative solutions and identifying areas for improvement.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project execution.
- Ensure all designs and installations meet client standards and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving challenges.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Industrial Engineering (Mechanical) , or a related field.Senior-level experience in designing and calculating mechanical systems : HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, drainage, compressed air, and related installations.Proven track record in engineering project management.Experience in Data Centre and Life Sciences projects is highly desirable.Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.Proficiency in English (advanced level).What They Offer
