About our partner

On behalf of our partner C&A, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany). You will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.

What you'll be doing

We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to lead the development and implementation of test automation frameworks and pipelines across multiple teams. The role is pivotal in reducing manual QA efforts, improving test reliability, and enabling faster, higher-quality releases.

• Define and implement the organization-wide test automation strategy.
• Build, maintain, and scale Playwright-based test automation frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Partner with multiple development and QA teams to integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and best practices to developers and testers in test automation.
• Set up automation pipelines, tools, and reporting dashboards for continuous testing and faster feedback loops.
• Ensure robust test coverage and reliable regression testing processes.
• Evaluate and introduce tools that complement Playwright (e.g., reporting, monitoring, performance testing).
• Define standards and coding guidelines for test automation.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to understand testing needs and ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to integrate automated testing into deployment workflows.
• Identify opportunities to enhance test efficiency, stability, and speed.
• Implement test data management solutions and reusable components to reduce redundancy.
