SAP ABAP HCM Developer – Advanced English – Remote from Spain

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HCM Developer to support an international project focused on SAP HCM integrations and migration to SuccessFactors Employee Central.

The professional will be responsible for analyzing and documenting existing ABAP code to identify required rewrites and ensure a smooth migration process.

Location : 100% Remote from Spain

Contract Type : Full-time

Timeframe : Now until February 2026

️ Language : Advanced English (C1 / C2 – mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, document, and optimize existing ABAP developments.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams during the migration process.

Support integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Required Skills

Strong background in ABAP development, particularly within HCM (infotypes, payroll, integrations).

Experience in migration or integration projects related to SuccessFactors.

Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
