Ready to be part of the experience? Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

Role We’re looking for a commercially minded Strategic Program Manager to drive key revenue-generating initiatives across the Global Brand Partnerships team. This is a high-impact role focused on shaping and delivering strategic workstreams across monetisation of Fever Originals and our Media Product, Lead generation and go-to-market strategy, and overall performance optimisation. The goal : to maximise revenue and efficiency across our global Brand Partnerships function. You’ll play a critical role in shaping strategy, driving decision-making, and ensuring our most important commercial initiatives are set up for success.

Responsibilities Lead and support a diverse portfolio of revenue-driving initiatives, including Fever Original Event Monetisation.

Oversee the integration of brand partnerships into select Fever Original events — managing relationships with IP owners and production partners, and building scalable processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Drive collaboration between internal Brand Partnerships and cross-functional teams across P&L ownership, sales strategy, and activation planning.

Act as a strategic consultant on commercial proposals, delivery materials, and post-campaign analyses to elevate quality and consistency.

Conduct regular performance reporting across Fever Original brand partnerships, leveraging insights to recommend strategies for growth and improved profitability.

Lead Generation & Go-to-Market Strategy : Build and execute a data-driven lead generation strategy to attract high-value inbound interest, utilising CRM and marketing automation tools like Apollo to nurture leads effectively.

Develop and refine Fever’s Brand Partnerships go-to-market strategy across key opportunity types (e.g., Media, Fever Originals, Bespoke Events), leveraging insights from high-performing verticals and audience data.

Own Fever’s Brand Partnerships presence on lead-generation platforms, including the BP website and LinkedIn, ensuring a consistent and engaging content pipeline that highlights our capabilities and success stories.

Own initiatives that improve speed to market and strengthen Fever’s brand positioning in partnership pitches.

Media Product Commercialisation : Analyse the current media offering and how it is packaged and sold by the Brand Partnerships team to improve the product, sales approach, and internal workflows.

Identify blockers that prevent scalability or revenue growth and propose structured, cross-functional solutions.

Brand Partnerships Performance Analysis & Strategy : Partner with the Growth & Data team to build continuous reporting frameworks that track BP performance across markets, opportunity types, and initiatives.

Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform commercial strategy and optimise performance.

About you 3-5 years in a project management role or 2+ years in a consulting background. This is not a position for an events production background.

Solution-focused, able to identify problem areas and create plans to resolve them.

Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships, both internally and externally.

Background in marketing or marketing-related projects is a must.

Highly organised and efficient; strategic and analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail.

Good numeracy and literacy; excellent oral and written communication skills.

Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
