Digital Transformation Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

This role involves managing related initiatives through project management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will be responsible for applying Agile / Scrum methodologies to drive iterative development and team efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have +5 years of experience in mobile development (Android / iOS), preferably with Kotlin and Swift. Strong technical leadership skills, including knowledge of software architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native principles, are also essential.

You will act as the main contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting on progress. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support to project teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

About this Role :

• Manage the full project lifecycle : initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• 5 years of experience overseeing related initiatives through project management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Experience in mobile development (Android / iOS) is required, ideally with Kotlin and Swift.
• Apply Agile / Scrum methodologies to drive iterative development and team efficiency (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, backlog refinement).
