We are looking for a Chief Transformation Information Officer (CTIO) to define and implement Loewe's IT strategy, aligned with business objectives and LVMH's IT strategy. You will lead digital transformation efforts, ensuring innovation, performance, and security of our information systems.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Defining and implementing Loewe's IT strategy in accordance with LVMH Group guidelines.
  • Leading digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering on time and within budget.
  • Overseeing all of Loewe's information systems, ensuring their availability, security, and performance.
  • Managing relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring service quality.
  • Leading the SAP Core Model program over 3-4 years.
  • Managing and leading a team of direct reports (CTO, CISO, IS Business Solution, Architecture and Data, PMO & Governance).
  • Optimizing costs and ensuring return on investment for projects.
  • Maintaining awareness of technological trends and innovations.

Candidate requirements include :

  • Higher education degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, leading product and cross-functional teams in global environments, including at least 5 years in a CIO or similar executive role.
  • Strategic vision with the ability to translate business issues into IT solutions.
  • Expertise in information systems architecture, project management, security, infrastructure, and application development.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP technologies and Core Model implementation issues.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in scaling high-performance teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
  • Position based in Madrid.
